Our Main Packages!
There are several different options available for our venue, all of our wedding packages will allow you full access to all of our facilities! Keep in mind we do not provide any catering or any other vendor services. This allows you to bring all your own food, DJ or band, and any other vendor of you choice! We can also give you recommendations on many different vendors and accommodations if you like. What we do provide is a super location to have your special day!
Included with our packages are all areas in the upper & lower barn, kitchen, modern restrooms, and the outdoor patio areas. Plus you get the heated and air conditioned corn crib building with groom’s lounge and bride’s suite, break room, and restroom. Our barn kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, range with oven, and microwave, and several cupboards for storage. The 4 different restrooms at Windmill Hill are all indoor, with full length mirrors and running water.
ALL of the various decorations we have are available for your use at NO extra charge! These include wooden slabs, glass jars, burlap table runners, wooden signs, table markers, imitation flowers and plants, LED candles, plus much more. Our list of items is constantly growing, and whatever we have is yours to use - at no extra fee!
Ceremonies can be outside under the gazebo, or in either the upstairs or downstairs of the barn. Our beautiful gazebo is the prime outdoor spot! Depending on your reception needs, we have 8’ and 6’ rectangular tables, as well as 6’ round tables. We will supply you with white or blue linens and seating for up to 250 indoors, plus seating for 50 on the outside patio, to set up however you would like. Have your rehearsal the night before and sit around the gazebo and firepit if you’d like as well. If it is a warm day, all of the doors on the barn open up, including the big overhead doors, to let the air flow through, plus we keep fans on hand if needed. If it is cool outside, we can turn on the furnaces to knock the chill off.
When the night is over, you will need to remove any personal decorations you have set up and would like to keep.. A signed contract and a $500 deposit will be required to hold your date.

All of the above packages will allow you access to the venue beginning at 10 am the first day, and until midnight each night. (Sunday events access starts at 10 am due to the previous days events possibly cleaning up.)
You can have your ceremony wherever you like on the venue (our 18’ outdoor grain bin gazebo is really popular), and follow it up with your reception!
*One-Day Rental - $300 (lower level of barn only)
One-day rentals are for non-wedding events and include the use of the lower level of the barn for events such as graduation parties, business meetings, celebrations of life, etc…
*One-Day Rental - $500 (upper and lower level of barn only)
One-day rentals are for non-wedding events and include the use of both the lower level and upper level of the barn for events such as graduation parties, business meetings, celebrations of life, etc…

The $500 or $100 deposit is separate from the actual package price, it is a security and date reservation deposit that is due upon signing a venue contract, and will be returned to the customer within 1 month after the event, provided there was no damage or any other issues to the venue. The package price, for example $4000 for the Friday - Saturday package, can be paid at any time, and is due in full at least 1 month before the date of the event.
As do most venues, we do require event insurance for your event, typically ranging from $100 to $150. This is available online, or from most insurance agencies, and provides a huge liability net for you during the event. We can provide this for you as well, contact us for more information on this.
